Gorgeous pictures, Eliza. That first picture is beautiful, yet also a little disturbing -- the silhouette of those old buildings next to a building crane. The statues of the males holding up the building are incredibly impressive, if perhaps a bit misogynistic. There's also a picture of two women holding up a building, but the close-up perspective makes that picture a little less impressive. The great sculpture that was so much a part of great architecture in years past seems to have disappeared in modern times.
One thing I can tell you: If you don't succeed at saving the world, you are well positioned to become a great photographer. What kind of camera do you use?
I've got a Fujifilm X-T20, so the baby mirrorless camera... it's starting to bug out after six years of heavy use, though, so I need to think about another :-(
