I dropped out of a university degree at 21 (42 years ago), went back to live at home, and also played guitar, but didn't go out with friends or take community college classes. I struggled with anxiety and depression, too. I don't regret any of it. We, the sensitive ones, who often don't fit in, just have to learn to love ourselves as we are, and our lives often turn out deeper and more wonderful than those who feel compelled to run on the rails civilization puts in front of us.
