Inscrutability: "Confusing the Karens"
Something I’m struck by: how many girls and young women who are wrapped up in gender are aiming for inscrutability, pairing mustaches and bridal gowns, ‘top surgery’ and lingerie, hairy legs and pink satin. “The freedom of perpetual confusion I give a mediocre white man on a daily basis brings me joy,” one such young woman brags.
